| Stop sending invoices outside your store. With Tecno Archivos Pedido you upload files straight from the order page, email them to the customer with one click, and keep them available to download in the customer's order detail. Everything is stored in a protected folder on your server. |

📤 Upload files from the order page
- “Order files” panel inside every order in the back office.
- Choose several files at once: invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, etc.
- See the files already uploaded in the same place, with their size and whether they were emailed.
- Clear messages if a file exceeds the maximum size or isn't an allowed type.

✉️ Email sending to the customer
- When uploading, check “Send by email to the customer” and the files arrive attached, with their name and the order reference.
- You can keep that option checked by default from the settings.
- Resend the email whenever you want, from the order or from the list.
- Email template in English and Spanish, according to the customer's language.

- “Your order documents” section in the order detail, with name, date, size and a download button.
- Download enabled for the customer who owns the order, once logged in.
- Guest customers download from order tracking with a signed link.
- Download counter per file, with the date of the last one.

- Stored in a dedicated server folder, blocked against direct URL access.
- Files can only be downloaded through the store, with customer verification or the signed link.
- Executable files and scripts are not accepted.
- Choose the maximum size per file and the allowed extensions.

🗂️ Complete file list
- All the files from all your orders in a single list.
- Search by file, order, reference or customer, and filter by type.
- Sort by newest, oldest, largest or by name.
- See type, order, customer, size, date, email status and downloads.
- Download or delete individual files, or delete several selected files at once.
- Export the list to Excel (CSV).
- Statistics on top: number of files and space used on the server.

🧹 Cleanup and automatic deletion
- Clean up old files by choosing a date: before deleting you see how many there are and how much space you will free.
- Delete files from orders that no longer exist, without touching those of current orders.
- Folder check: detect loose files and records without a file, and clean them with one click.
- Automatic deletion of files older than X months through a cron task, with a key-protected URL.

Requirements
- PrestaShop 1.7.7 or higher.
- Email sending enabled in PrestaShop (Advanced Parameters > E-mail).
- var/tecnoarchivospedido folder with write permission.
- Optional: cron tasks on your hosting for automatic deletion.
- Important: uninstalling the module deletes the files, the list and the settings. To update it, upload the new .zip without uninstalling.
