Let your customers cancel their own orders, without writing to you.

🛑 The customer cancels from their account
- Cancel button in the order detail, inside the customer's account.
- Asks for confirmation before cancelling, to avoid accidental clicks.
- When done, it shows a message that the order was canceled successfully.

- The order moves to your store's real "Canceled" status.
- The stock of the products becomes available again.

🎯 You decide when cancelling is allowed
- By order status: choose in which statuses cancelling is allowed (for example, only while pending payment or in preparation).
- By customer group: enable it only for the groups you choose.
- By product category: allow it only on orders with products from the chosen categories.
- If the order has ever gone through a status that isn't allowed, the button stops showing, even if it later returns to an allowed status.
- An order that is already canceled, refunded, in error, shipped or delivered can never be cancelled.

🔐 Truly secure
- The rules are validated on the server, not just in what is shown on screen.
- When cancelling, they are checked again: status, status history, group, category and that the order belongs to the logged-in customer.
- Each cancellation carries a security token: nobody can cancel an order with a hand-made link.

Requirements
- PrestaShop 1.7 or higher.
- Email sending enabled in PrestaShop (Advanced Parameters > E-mail), for the notifications.
- The customer must be logged in to their account to cancel.
